I really like Dr. Oefelein, he’s very nice and helped me a lot. His staff is helpful and I never had any issues with them. Only thing I have a big problem with, is that they never answer their phones! I will call on different days, different time, try almost all their line options and NOTHING!!! Trying to solve an easy issue and haven’t been able to speak to anyone! I work same hours as their office hours so it’s hard for me to just drive over there but that shouldn’t have to be the only option, just very inconvenient.
