Despite discovering potential risks during the surgery, he promptly communicated with me and decided to change from a laparoscopic nephrectomy to a radical nephrectomy to save my husband’s life.
Dr. Oefelein’s friendliness and dedication are noteworthy. He has provided regular care for my husband, offering encouragement during every 3-month follow-up visit. Additionally, he managed our time efficiently, ensuring minimal appointment wait times.
The staff, particularly Stella, the receptionist, were kind and welcoming. However, there was a slight delay in responding to my message left at the office.
